Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD / HCAI regulations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project milestones.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Oversee site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
