As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prestigious retail location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and assisting with security-related matters. You will help to deter incidents through your presence and communication skills, utilizing technology such as alarm panels and access control systems. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
