Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative located on-site in Sacramento, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails and calls, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the recognition and awards industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
