Business Technology Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Technology Analyst, Financial Aid.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Banner Financial Aid systems for compliance and efficiency

Lead technical and functional efforts for packaging, disbursement, and regulatory updates

Collaborate with Financial Aid staff and IT to enhance system integration and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience with Ellucian Banner Financial Aid or a comparable system

Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations

Experience with SQL and reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
