REQUIREMENTS
• Prior patent prosecution experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including semiconductor devices, chip architecture, and integrated circuits.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• USPTO registration required
