About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Data and AI Automation to spearhead the design and delivery of a modern data stack that is integral to the real-time AI agents driving its digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on data leader with a proven track record in data, analytics, or engineering, and at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role. This is a pivotal position for a professional who is passionate about building the data infrastructure that powers autonomous workflows and is ready to take on the challenge of shaping the data foundation of a company at the forefront of AI integration.

As the Head of Data and AI Automation, you will be responsible for owning and evolving the modern data stack, ingesting and normalizing data from various sources, and creating agent-ready data schemas. The role demands a leader who can partner with C-level executives to deliver real-time insights and automation, and who is adept at leading a small, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools, with a deep understanding of how to structure data for AI agents. Experience in high-volume, operationally complex environments is essential, and proficiency in Python, LangChain, or LangGraph is a bonus.
