Job descriptionMaster's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Mental Health Minimum 3 years of experience working with diverse and / or underserved population, including LGBTQ+, individuals living with HIV / AIDS, substance use disorder, children and families, etc. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing paid staff. Fluency in Spanish or one of Asian languages a plus. Ability to work flexible hours. Some evening(s) and weekend(s) may be required. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager for 4 direct support services programs in a community health center located in Jackson Heights, NY.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure overall compliance of programs assigned under the department of support services
- Assist with grants management
- Recruit and hire program staff
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff
- Perform quality assurance and quality improvement.
- Maintain and update educational and promotional materials.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
