Client Advising : Consult with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend tailored coverage options.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Policies Review : Review policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Client Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active California Property & Casualty License required.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service : A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting client needs.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail in handling client information and policy data.
