Caregiver Position

At Home Helpers Home Care of Central Seminole County, our compassionate caregivers strive to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Shift : Tuesday 7pm-7am and Friday 7am-7pm

Location : Longwood, 32779

Responsibilities (will vary by client) :

Homemaker / Companion (Lighthouse cleaning, meal prep, laundry)

Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, transferring)

Follow a plan of care

Qualifications : CNA required

Willingness to complete TB Test or Chest X-ray

CPR certificate

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Level 2 Background Check

Willingness to complete CEU's (Alzheimer / Dementia, HIV / AIDS)

Prior home care experience a plus

Access to email and a mobile smart device

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Typical job duties include :

• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Providing companionship
