Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Westminster, CO 80023 (Colorado nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : MedSurg / Telemetry Float Pool Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Start Date : November 10, 2025 End Date : January 10, 2026 Contract Duration : 9 weeks Shift : 12-hour night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Openings : 10 Travel RN positions Estimated Weekly Salary : $1930–$2070 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a participating NLC state Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (Telemetry or MedSurg preferred) Ability to float to other units and Centura Health locations within 60 miles as needed Travel RN Responsibilities Assess and address the physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients in a telemetry setting Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection Provide patient and family education to ensure readiness for discharge or continued care Advocate for patient safety, rights, and well-being at all times Delegate appropriately to non-RN personnel in accordance with healthcare policy and regulations Serve as a professional role model and mentor to new staff and nursing students Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and professional development activities Participate in ongoing learning, training, and quality improvement initiatives Experience the best of Colorado healthcare while growing your nursing career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
