Job description

A company is looking for a Senior IT Major Incident Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates and leads major incident calls, ensuring timely response to service-impacting events

Serves as the single point of contact for stakeholders during major incidents, managing communications and documentation

Oversees IT service management tools and operational activities to ensure high levels of service quality and availability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience

4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management

Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework preferred

ITIL Foundations 4 certification is preferred

Experience in managing operational activities and incident resolution
