We are excited to partner with a company specializing in manufacturing custom-molded rubber parts to hire several Machine Operators for their team for the 2nd and 3rd shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals who take pride in precision work and want to contribute to high-quality production for industries like medical device manufacturing.

Position Overview : Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC machines manually and perform skilled labor tasks.
• Read and interpret job sheets to set up machinery for various projects.
• Perform complex cutting, assembly, and other operations with precision and attention to detail.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure efficient setups and high-quality outputs .
• Work closely with the quoting and customer service team to suggest process improvements and share ideas for future projects.
• Maintain a cleanroom / white room environment , adhering to strict standards for medical device manufacturing.
• Follow all safety regulations and work instructions to produce die-cut products of the highest quality.
