Join Our HR Team as a People Operations Assistant - Entry Level Opportunity!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's working lives? We're looking for a People Operations Assistant who will be at the heart of supporting our employees through every stage of their journey with us. This isn't your typical administrative role - you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that turns potentially stressful situations into positive experiences.

In this role, you'll be solving problems, answering questions, and ensuring our people feel supported and valued.   • Delivering exceptional customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
  • Managing employee queries with speed, accuracy, and genuine care
  • Supporting key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions

    What we offer in return :

  • Annual salary of $47,000 + up to 5% bonus

  • What you should know :

  • Location : We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. That's why we work in-person with each other, or with customers and partners, three days a week or more. When you're not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces like at conference you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
  • The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in Boca Raton, to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
