Job Description

Join a high‑performing team dedicated to advancing patient care in specialized therapeutic areas, including Prostate Cancer / Urology and OB / GYN. As an AbbVie Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role by directly engaging healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, and achieving sales goals within your assigned territory. Success in this role requires rapid mastery of Buy & Bill processes, a strong understanding of AbbVie's portfolio, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals to promote AbbVie’s products within Prostate Cancer / Urology and OB / GYN therapeutic areas.
• Execute brand strategy and field tactics, delivering on sales and marketing objectives.
• Create pre‑call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post‑call evaluations for ongoing improvement.
• Effectively handle objections and drive calls to logical, actionable outcomes.
• Develop and execute a targeted call plan to optimize coverage of key customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Proactively build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions for win‑win outcomes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of therapeutic areas, product science, market trends, competitor landscape, and Buy & Bill processes.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external partners to maximize impact and align execution with brand strategy.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and integrity.
• Share market intelligence and insights with in‑field teams and brand stakeholders for strategic alignment.
• Participate in team meetings and actively share insights to enhance team effectiveness.
• Embody AbbVie's Ways of Working and comply with all business conduct policies and regulations.

Key Stakeholders

External : Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists and others depending on brand plan. Internal : District Sales Managers, in‑field team members, Brand Plan stakeholders, National Sales Managers, Business Unit Managers, Training, Customer Excellence.
