YOUR ROLE

As our Marketing & Business Development Director, you will set the course for FPCs marketing and business development efforts, shaping strategy and driving growth at a pivotal moment in the firms history. You will be responsible for guiding brand positioning, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a coordinated approach to winning work across our target markets and services.

This senior leadership position works closely with firm leadership to elevate FPCs visibility, build lasting relationships, and lead a culture of business development across the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in the A / E / C industry. CPSM certification required; Pinnacle Experience by SMPS preferred. Established A / E / C network and involvement in SMPS highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex initiatives, and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Strategic Thinking : Strong background in developing and executing long-term marketing and business development strategies.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems, content management, marketing analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
