We are looking for a Global Broad Based Compensation Policy and Practices Manager to be responsible for designing, analyzing and executing the company's global broad based compensation policies and practices including global pay structures, job architecture, short-term incentives, and sales incentive plans. The ideal candidate will help develop new compensation policies and practices to improve company retention and employee engagement aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Act as a senior consultant to HR partners and business managers providing compensation information and guidance including market data and reports to assist with compensation decisions for associates and new hires.
- Act as subject matter expert on global sales incentive plans throughout organization including collaborating with business leaders to design, implement and analyze sales plans. Consult with outside legal firm to ensure compliance and consistency. Conduct reporting year over year for trend analysis.
- Manage global job architecture, leveling and job evaluation process to ensure consistency and fairness globally. Will participate in global salary surveys and analyze results and own the vendor relationship.
- Provide year end compensation support to HR and business leaders with respect to merits and short-term incentives as well as ensuring the system is configured correctly. Work with HRIS team to troubleshoot any issues.
- Project work may include assisting with M&A activity, cross-functional HR projects, systems enhancements or other HR priority projects.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Progressive experience with and knowledge of compensation programs including job architecture, market benchmarking, merit processing and short term incentive plans.Experience working with sales incentive plans including design and implementation.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and with incomplete information.Ability to collaborate and partner with HR partners and business leaders to influence and guide compensation decision.Expert knowledge of excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables and vlookups.Must be highly detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task and be flexible with competing and changing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise way.Preferred Skills and Experience

Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
