Business Office Manager (BOM) Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Business Office Manager (BOM) Requirements:
• Experience in a business office management role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
