We have an exciting work from home opportunity available for a highly motivated individual to lead a core team as a Hybrid Field Sales Medicare Manager. This position will be a part of a specialized team who will focus on managing sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity, through in-home and community-based sales efforts, and acquisition of new members using state-of-the-art lead generation platform supported by real-time analytics. This role is ideal for candidates that are energetic, empathetic, and looking to become part of a growing business segment. The candidate will hire, train, and develop captive sales agents to achieve monthly sales goals using our competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage & DSNP products within the assigned market. The manager will support their team with a proven ability to manage community event activity and utilize corporate and self-generated lead reporting to develop monthly and annual sales plans aligned to member growth targets.
