Behavior Therapist (RBT) - Full-Time and Part-Time Openings

Location : Castle Rock Clinic + Nearby Areas (Denver, Parker, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton)

Pay : $21 / hr for sessions & office work | $14.81 / hr for training

$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment!

Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists to provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy for children with Autism in homes, clinics, and schools. No prior ABA experience? No problem - we offer comprehensive training and certification support !

What You'll Do

Deliver personalized ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans

Collect and submit session data

Communicate with supervisors and attend paid trainings

Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent

• Exposure to psychology, human development, or behavior analysis preferred.

Experience with kids (work or volunteer) preferred

CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver's license + auto insurance (required)

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
