A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales relationships with federal customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption
Drive user engagement and oversee project milestones while aligning delivery with customer security and compliance needs
Monitor usage, identify adoption gaps, and advocate for customer needs while exploring upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen (mandatory for federal work)
3-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or Federal Account Management
Experience working with U.S. federal agencies, either directly or as a vendor
Familiarity with identity, cybersecurity, or SaaS platform companies
Ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI clearance is required; active clearance strongly preferred
