Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 9 lodges with over 2,000 guest rooms and cabins across 6 different villages within the park.
Bell & Valet are part of the Front Desk team and are responsible for providing the first face-to-face impression to our guests and ensuring guests are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and the park.

The Details
- Position Type : Seasonal, Full-time
- Season Dates : April 2022-October 2022
- Schedule : 40 hours, 5 days / per week. Night Shift Positions available. May include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Location : Throughout Yellowstone National Park (Canyon, Gardiner, Grant, Mammoth, Old Faithful, Lake)

Responsibilities
Applicants for a Bell & Valet job will be considered for the following positions, based on skill level :
Bell
Provides several services to guests such as luggage transportation to and from rooms, providing information about the location, and shuttle service when necessary.
Valet
Drive guest vehicles from the hotel entrance to a nearby designated parking area. Candidates applying for this position must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positions only available at Lake Hotel.
Qualifications
Preferred :
- Customer service / hospitality knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Yellowstone, services, attractions, lodging facilities, and area
Required :
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required at Lake Hotel, Grant Village, and Canyon
- Must be a people person who thrives on public contact
