Managing full-cycle payroll within Paylocity, including time collection, deductions, adjustments, and reportingServing as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions and issue resolutionSupporting benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and coordination with vendorsAssisting HR leadership with audits, system updates, and the rollout of improved processes and compliance practicesTHE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
2-4+ years of payroll and / or benefits administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed or multi-location workforceHands-on experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll / HCM platformStrong understanding of payroll accuracy, benefits workflows, and compliance fundamentalsA proactive, solutions-driven approach and comfort owning processes with minimal oversight#LI-AJ1#onsite
