We are seeking a dynamic Payroll / Accounting Manager in Farmers Branch, TX who will play a pivotal role in our company’s operations, values, and brand experience. This position oversees full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements, while also managing payroll staff and collaborating with HR and Finance. The Payroll / Accounting Manager will lead human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, and will administer comprehensive employee benefit programs. In addition, this role is responsible for financial reporting, tax preparation, audits, and strategic financial planning. You will also manage consumer financing programs, vehicle data systems, and ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements. Reporting directly to the GM, you will contribute to departmental growth, training initiatives, and company-wide planning sessions. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Requirements :

3- 4 years experience in Payroll and Accounting

• Available after hours for questions if there is an issue

Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Benefits :

Compensation : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
