Accountant / Financial Analyst - The Auto Club Group

What you will do :

Prepares financial related analyses and research to support and facilitate timely management decisions and / or financial reports or statements. Performs tasks necessary to ensure data integrity within the financial systems. Analyzes and evaluates financial impact of various decisions or transactions on financial results. Interacts with other departments and management to provide timely follow-up to inquiries and requests for financial data. Interprets results and proves recommendations for appropriate action plans. Develops and maintains complex financial models. Prepares and presents written and oral reports / documents. Provides support for internal and external auditors by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries and implementing recommended changes. Coordinates, tests and documents system changes or upgrades. Represents finance on corporate teams and initiatives. Develops and maintains job documentation and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or team building events.
