Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate with a strong background in molecular biology to support both research and development and production projects. This position will perform a variety of laboratory experiments focused on DNA analysis, molecular biology techniques, and nucleic acid characterization to advance our product pipelines and ensure quality, reproducibility, and innovation in molecular workflows.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Prepare, analyze, and characterize nucleic acid samples using molecular biology protocols and instrumentation, including extraction, purification, amplification, and quantification by PCR / qPCR, as well as sequencing-based and electrophoresis-based analyses.
• Manage laboratory databases, sample inventory, reagents, solutions, equipment, and maintain accurate electronic records and detailed laboratory notebooks.
• Ensure laboratory quality control, compliance with safety protocols, and follow good documentation practices (GDP) and quality standards.
• Support analytical method development, nucleic acid characterization for both research and production; troubleshoot experimental issues and improve assay performance.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports; contribute to data interpretation and presentation in internal meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and production teams to transfer methods and support ongoing projects.

The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition, this position is also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team and / or individual performance results.

These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of the offer.
