Lobby Receptionist
Join our elite team of Lobby Receptionists within our Lobby Team in Brooklyn. As a Lobby Receptionist within the Lobby Reception team, you will engage directly with clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in our client-facing Lobby Reception space.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome, register, check-in, and assist clients and visitors as they arrive for meetings and events within JPMorganChase's office space.
- Assist employees as needed by providing temporary access or badges if building access is needed, answering questions, and providing information.
- As a front-facing position, follow all building and security procedures to ensure a healthy, safe, and secure experience for all. Be proactive, "if you see something, say something", and escalate all issues to appropriate teams.
- Meet and exceed Lobby Reception standards by going above and beyond to provide first-class service.
- Familiarize yourself with meetings, events, and VIP visits taking place in the building each day via our event and visitor management systems.
- Collaborate with partner teams such as Global Security, Real Estate, and Technology to create an excellent in-office experience.
- Complete other tasks and projects related to improving the team's service standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in high-end reception, concierge, or hospitality services.Excellent interpersonal and verbal / phone / email communication skills with an outgoing personality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly problem solve, and manage difficult personalities while maintaining a professional and focused demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Must be willing and able to stand / walk for long periods of time (1 hour +).Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts (potentially different start or end times each day).Must be willing and able to work in different offices throughout the campus (NYC positions only).Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Familiarity with event, room, or visitor management systems (a plus).Bi-lingual, particularly Spanish-speaking (a plus).
