Job Overview :

We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support our event and production team with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and on-site shoots. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, thrives on being active, and is eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of the event industry.

Job : Full time

Salary range : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and materials

Support event logistics such as loading / unloading supplies, organizing materials, and managing inventory

Assist with on-site registration, check-in, or guest coordination when needed

Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently

Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events

• Assist in the preparation and packing of event kits and supplies prior to events

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Able to lift / move event equipment and stand for extended periods during events

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
