Were seeking a Field Services Manager with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, self-driven, comfortable working in small teams, be able to work with high-level direction and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the ProjectManagerto coordinateall fieldrelated activities and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet committed timelines.
• Manage a large team of contractors, ensuring efficient workload distribution and coordination. Successfully onboard and offboard contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, perform quality checks, and provide on-site support.
• Assist with installations remotely and on-site as needed.
• Train 3rdparty contractors to ensure they are successfully setup to perform theservicesas required.
• Review and evaluate work performed by 3rd party contractors and internal resources and take necessary corrective actions and additional training as required.
• Become a product expert, assisting with troubleshooting and support to 3rdparty contractors and internal team.
• Be available on weekends, as needed to provide necessary support.
• Ensure that the necessary resources, including equipment and personnel, are available at project sites.
• Addressfield-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
