About the Role
We are seeking a day-to-day recruiter who will also be a driver of AI automation in our recruitment process. You will combine classic end-to-end recruitment with practical AI integration using automation to boost efficiency, scale candidate sourcing, and enhance the candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding tech candidates
- Build and maintain talent pools through direct search and networking
- Run employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Actively use AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, CV screening, communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up
- Identify and test new tools that can automate or enhance recruiter workflows
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong pipelines
- Track key recruitment metrics and drive improvements using data and automation
