A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to enhance customer adoption and success through effective education and training.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging live and on-demand technical training to accelerate customer adoption
Build and maintain a scalable content roadmap and learning hub for ongoing education
Develop onboarding and continuous learning programs to improve product fluency and reduce time-to-proficiency
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or product training within SaaS or enterprise technology
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs that drive measurable outcomes
Strong technical fluency for training both RevOps professionals and business users
Experience with LMS platforms and enablement systems such as Seismic, Confluence, and Intercom
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
