We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative fand Service Calls functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities :

• Report to Senior Sales Manager : .................. QUICKBOOKS A MUST.
• Strong organizational skills with time management and planning. Team Player.
• Spokesperson representing IDS for incoming service calls or customer walk-ins at IDS
• Must be skilled and tech savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, MS Teams
• Social media proficient; maintain and post in , Facebook, Instagram
• Creating and producing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales reports.
• Send out company memorandums if needed
• Gather and track sales information, quotes, leads, prospects from sales team to create sales reporting for forecasting, budgeting and goal setting.
• Schedule, plan and coordinate conference calls if needed
• Tracking and scheduling all training events for all RSM’s and Technicians
• Support the Parts Manager and Project & Service Coordinator from time to time during lunches, vacations, or any other time out of the office by taking orders, giving quotes, taking messages, looking up prices, accepting shipments, and shipping orders.
• Schedule and order Friday office lunches for the team.​​​​​​
• Maintain office supplies needed.
• Great communication and planning skills.
• Flexibility with position responsibilities.
