Location : Colombo

Collaboration : Work closely with our New York team

Experience Level : Open to interns / trainees (13 months experience) and junior to mid-level professionals (12 years)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality 3D garments using tools like CLO, Browzwear, Style 3D , or similar software

Ensure garment aesthetics, fit, and detail accuracy in all creations

Collaborate with team members and the New York team to meet project goals and deadlines

Solve creative and technical challenges with innovative approaches

Work on diverse projects for global clients in a fast-paced design environment

Who We're Looking For

Skilled in 3D garment creation using CLO, Browzwear, Style 3D, or equivalent software (experience in at least one tool is a must)

Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of garment fit and visual aesthetics

Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative mindset

A proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities
