Responsibilities :

Maintain and review accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform monthly closings and prepare financial reports, forms, and analyses.

Handle general ledger management, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and job cost tracking.

Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to construction projects.

Develop and oversee project budgets, tax filings, and financial forecasts.

Apply precise accounting practices to ensure proper maintenance of fiscal records.

Analyze costs and provide business insights to support financial decision-making.

Cost accounting

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Requirements : Highschool diploma

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry.

Knowledge of cost accounting

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Ability to prepare detailed budgets, tax reports, and financial forecasts.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Advanced skills in cost accounting and financial analysis.
