Manufacturing Process Engineer

Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities Will Be

• Collaborate with the AZEK team to continually improve operational standards.
• Plan and execute trials to validate new processes, equipment, and materials.
• Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies in all projects.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot plant issues.
• Lead projects focused on continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
• Monitor operational metrics (throughput, scrap rates, downtime, etc.) and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with EHS to implement and sustain safety improvements across the plant.
• Manage small CAPEX projects from concept through execution.
• Provide training to production and maintenance staff as needed.
• Support and, when required, lead new project development initiatives.
• Assist in the setup and optimization of new equipment and processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $89,000 in our lowest market up to $108,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
