Gift Card Program Manager

The Gift Card Program Manager - Contractor is responsible for achieving operation excellence and strong program management for client’s robust 1st Party, 3rd Party, and B2B gift card portfolio. This Teammate is responsible for end-to-end gift card production, inventory, and fulfillment management, gift card marketing, and acting as a key liaison for internal and external partners. This role will help identify and recommend improvements to gift card performance reporting, fraud monitoring and reporting, and additional enhancements to drive the program forward.

• Responsible for leading end-to-end gift card production process for client. and 1st Party, 3rd Party, and B2B physical and digital gift cards in partnership with gift card processor and 3rd Party partners
• Monitor gift card inventory across all stores, 3rd party, and warehouse
• Oversee replenishment / fulfillment process and any enhancements needed in partnership with vendor
• Monitor for legislative changes impacting gift card sales and distribution and ensure portfolio is updated as needed
• Maintain strong relationship with 3rd party, B2B, processor / production, and internal partners to ensure effective program management and growth
• Partner with Senior Manager on Gift Card program strategy
• Partner with Planner on audits, replenishment, monitoring store requests and creative routing
• Plan, facilitate, and execute all gift card marketing in partnership with Senior Manager and cross functional teams, ensuring it is effective and accurate for both internal campaigns and in 3rd Party incremental marketing opportunities
• Create recurring reporting and review performance of gift card program across all program areas, including incremental marketing placements in the 3rd Party channel
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement fraud prevention measures and fraud reporting
• Create program management process improvements and support misc. Gift Card projects as requested.
