Lead with Purpose – Center Director | Charlotte, NC

Sign-On Bonus! | $90K–$105K (DOE) | Competitive Benefits

Are you ready to lead a team, grow a clinic, and make a lasting impact in the lives of children with Autism? Discovery ABA is looking for a Center Director in Charlotte, NC to take our clinic to the next level!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all clinical operations at the Charlotte clinic.
  • Guide your team to provide top-notch ABA therapy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with families and foster a positive, thriving clinic culture.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • BCBA certification & NC LBA licensure (Required)
  • 4+ years of clinical supervision experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
