Research Multimedia & Publishing Specialist

Hourly : $20-27.50 / hr
Role Overview :
This role partners with the Managing Editor for GIR on a global team supporting the firm’s digital content strategy. It offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of how sell-side research is packaged and presented to clients.
Core Responsibilities :
- Edit audio and video content for the Research portal (trimming, stitching, overlays, exporting)
- Partner with analysts and supervisory analysts to coordinate edits and approvals
- Publish multimedia content and ensure it appears across portal and mobile platforms
- Assemble weekly recap and replay “push products”
- Support replay strategies for major events and conferences
Additional Responsibilities :
Curate research on the client portal, prioritizing high-profile contentOrganize, tag, and rank research to create thematic collections and pagesDevelop digital elements (theme pages, graphics, interactive features)Work with designers to create infographics, promotional assets, and exhibitsMaintain editorial / design libraries (glossaries, style guides, templates)Build and maintain layouts for frequently used pages and report stylesBasic Qualifications :
Strong analytical, organizational, and editorial skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage fast-paced daily editorial flowAttention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyStrong relationship and communication skillsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)Preferred Qualifications :
Financial markets knowledge and experienceFamiliarity with basic HTML and CSSAdobe Creative Suite : Audition, Premiere Pro, PhotoshopFamiliarity with CMS tools; Adobe Experience Manager a plus#CDM
