Shift Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Position Overview

A full-service hospital in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to provide ongoing locum coverage. The assignment includes both inpatient cath lab work and outpatient clinic responsibilities, with a focus on EP ablations and rhythm management. Work Details

  • Setting : Hospital / In-Office Clinic
  • Hospital Size : 268 beds
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Patient Volume :
  • Clinic : 20-22 patients / day
  • Hospital consults : 3-4 / day
  • EP cases : 4-6 / day (depending on case length)
  • Patient Population : Adult
  • Procedures :
  • Cardiac Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Disturbances)
  • Ablations (Required) - Must have 100 EP cases within last 2 years, with emphasis on ablations
  • TEEs and moderate sedation (must perform independently)
  • Technology : Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System (proficiency required) Requirements
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (Required)
  • Active AZ License or Willing to Obtain
  • DEA (AZ Registered) - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • Minimum Experience : 1 year
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
