This is a Senior Graphic Designer supporting internal meetings, events, tradeshows, experiential.

Candidates must be based out of one of these locations below, near one of our client's offices :

Locations : Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, St. Louis.

Candidates will need to be in the office on their first day, possibly their first week, and going forward as business needs require.

This is currently a primarily remote role but could change to hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week in the future.

  • About the Role

This Designer will work on experiential design projects, servicing the internal meeting function at our client, supporting event design, experiential, small / large meeting, tradeshow, event design.

8-10 years experience, preferably in a highly structured / corporate / matrixed environment

Expert level Creative Cloud, InDesign, but also Power Point

Already in your portfolio : trade show, experiential, OOH, and lots of print deliverables - name tags, printed leave behinds, pop up banners

As a senior creative force, you will be a strategic design leader, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges. You'll cultivate strong relationships with internal clients, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and execute engaging ideas rooted in strategy. Your ability to articulate concepts and implement advanced creative solutions for multifaceted projects will be key to moving business objectives forward.   • What You'll Do
  • Lead design consultations to conceptualize and execute impactful event design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and co-develop persuasive and inclusive creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts.
  • Design clear, visually compelling pitches and presentations that capture attention.
  • Mentor creative project team members, fostering conceptual skills and providing constructive feedback.
  • Act as a project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing timelines and estimates to align with internal client budgets.
  • Collaborate with art directors and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic design solutions.
  • Drive creative ideation sessions and design sprints with colleagues and clients.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment and stay abreast of evolving industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize milestones, and influence stakeholders to achieve desirable solutions within constraints.
  • Engage in internal client communications and administrative responsibilities alongside creative development.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A compelling digital portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and sophisticated design skills.
  • Over five years of experience as a senior graphic designer, including expertise in event design.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic agency or in-house team environment, developing diverse creative initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with leading design software, presentation tools, and project workflow platforms.
  • Strong expertise in designing for presentations, video / animation storyboards, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Exceptional ability to understand client vision through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop creative briefs, mood boards, and image boards.
  • Skill in strategizing and leading ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clients.
  • Sound business acumen, adapting effectively when working with client-serving professionals.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing milestones and influencing clients and colleagues to deliver within time and budget.
  • Advanced technical understanding of digital media and print design, both in-house and with external vendors.

    • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.26 - $43.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
