Project Manager
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in El Dorado, KS, is looking for a Project Manager to join their safety conscious team. This manager will be responsible for supervising schedule, coordinating, and controlling the service and maintenance operations of HPC Industrial, including providing services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner that meet the schedules and cost projections for each project so that HPC Industrial will perform under the optimum conditions of productivity, cost effectiveness, safety, and ease of operation.

Responsibilities :
Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all timesPlan operations to optimize facility efficiency, operation work force utilization, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools, including tracking productivity for labor and material costsAnalyze and control operational expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Control job costs and productivityEnsure that all inspections (e.g. CVIP, Tank, Picker) are performed by due dates in order to comply with Company requirements and policiesEnsure compliance to job specifications, including seeing that immediate corrective action is takenEnsure that the quality of work meets or exceeds established company guidelinesMake job assignments and provide guidance and supervision to all employees assigned to the projectAssure that everyone assigned to a job is properly trained and equipped, and ensure materials and supplies needed to do the job are ready and available, including implementing and maintaining a level of cross training so effective functional backups can guarantee continuous service operation at all timesResponsible for the teamwork and active cooperation among the operators, laborers, and shop personnel, and with other employees of the companySeek out input from employees and make recommendations to the branch management for improvements to machinery, equipment, and job site processesEstablish, maintain, and enforce a preventative maintenance program for all assigned machinery and equipment, including keeping machinery, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and well maintainedEnsure a discrimination free environment anywhere in the company regarding sex, race, creed, age and religionProvide input and feedback to branch management on bids before submission to the clientMay monitor branch spending on equipment maintenanceHigh School Diploma and / or specialized training; Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeAnalyticalAbility to supervise, direct and trainStrong ability to reasonAbility to communicate clearly both orally and writtenAbility to work with budgets and P&L statementsComparable industrial cleaning environmentMust be thoroughly familiar with all properties of the equipment as well as all phases of clean-up projectsWillingness to travel, if neededAbout HPC Industrial : HPC Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is the premier industrial cleaning and environmental services company in North America supporting the upstream, downstream, and utility sectors.
