About This Role :

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be the go-to expert in the field — managing the installation process, mentoring Install Helpers, and ensuring each job meets Blue Valley's high standards. You'll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience while ensuring quality and code compliance.

The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100K–$150K / annually. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
