Position Summary :
We are looking for a meticulous Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee office systems, maintain accurate records, provide exceptional customer service and order processing, manage vendor relationships, and help coordinate inventory and production control processes. This non-supervisory position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all office and support systems and associated vendor relationships
- Manage customer order fulfillment and vendor purchase order processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support order status updates
- Manage inventory part entries and support inventory control processes within our ERP system
- Maintain accurate office, financial, and compliance records
- Assist with production control / job order dispatch, HR documentation, and administrative tasks
Position Requirements / Qualifications :
5+ years of office management or administrative experience in manufacturing / industrial settingsExperience in Power Transmission and / or Belting industries with strong technical acumen preferredStrong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (JobBOSSpreferred)
Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory control processesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift, stand, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lifting more than 20 lbs.
