Overview

California Association of Health Facilities is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Multimedia Designer and Coordinator to lead graphic design, app development, and website management. This dynamic role blends visual storytelling with digital strategy to elevate our brand across print, web, and mobile platforms. Responsibilities

  • Design branding and marketing materials for events and programs.
  • Manage and update the association’s app and websites (WordPress / WIX).
  • Create graphics for social media and digital platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support member awards programs and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and web contractors.
  • Track and report analytics for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on tech and design projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of related work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with web site content management (WordPress / WIX), app design, HTML / CSS, and wireframing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Social media management skills across multiple platforms.
  • Video production experience desirable.
  • Deadline driven, strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
