Schedule : Monday Friday | 9 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM | 30-minute lunch break

Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. This in-person position will support our estimating department by performing quantity take-offs, assisting with bid preparation, coordinating with subcontractors, and organizing project documents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare Full Proposal, Schedule of values, material & labor for all CSI codes.
• Prepare cover letter with inclusions and exclusions
• Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and construction drawings
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for a variety of projects
• Organize and manage bid documents and project files
• Solicit and track subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Communicate with project teams to ensure accurate bids
• Maintain bid schedules, deadlines, and submissions
• Support the development of pricing databases and estimating templates
