Senior Project Manager - Las Vegas
The Senior Project Manager for Diversified Automation is a pivotal role within the Operations Department, responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of automation projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, particularly within the automation industry. The Senior Project Manager will travel approximately 60%.
Job Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution : Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Resource Management : Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline, and budget, and implement proactive measures to mitigate their impact.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee quality control processes to ensure that automation solutions meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, monitor progress, and maintain relationships.
- Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize project outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records, and generate regular status reports for management review.
