As an AR Specialist , you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and managing collections. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a drive to meet deadlines.
What you’ll do...
- Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all customer payments are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Processing invoices within the Suite Billing module in NetSuite to and issuing them to customers, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.
- Performing collections activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Utilizing Oracle NetSuite to record transactions, generate reports, and analyze financial data.
- Collaborating with other members of the finance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Process and apply deposits both by mail and automatic ACH.
- Work closely with the Controller to run routine reports and audits.
- Perform regular audits of the subscription data to ensure correct licensing data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Salary Disclosure for Colorado : annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 .
