Process finance deals. Review sales orders for finance terms and accuracy. Contact customer / sales employees for additional information if required. Verify payoff on trades. Generate finance documents for signature. Process and expedite documents to the finance source in timely manner to improve DSO. Follow-up for documents with sales force / sales management. Post and reconcile funding. Update Order Board. Back up Credit Investigator when needed. Assist Finance Manager with releases and approvals when instructed. Generates rental conversion. Generate necessary reports. Assist and back up finance teams from other branches. Be accountable for accuracy and service call invoice and warranty closings.

Recommended qualifications : Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred and / or equivalent experience including basic knowledge of Accounting, Credit and Finance. Minimum 2-3 years of business related experience in Accounting, Credit or Finance and / or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written. Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
