- Warranty & Equipment Management : Oversee warranty enforcement, spare parts tracking, and preventive maintenance schedules for major components (inverters, transformers, batteries).
- Transition & Data Integrity : Lead technical handover from construction to operations; validate commissioning data, documentation, telemetry, and control systems.
- Budget & P&L Oversight : Support budget creation and expense management; ensure operational decisions align with financial performance and lifecycle cost objectives.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards; oversee incident reporting and corrective action plans.
- Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement processes to improve asset monitoring, data analytics, and reporting as BlueWave’s fleet scales.
- Reporting & Insights : Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on performance metrics, operational issues, and asset optimization strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Engineering, Preconstruction, and Asset Management to share lessons learned and inform design improvements for long-term reliability.
- Team & Growth : Currently no direct reports; anticipate expansion of the Asset Management team.
