Join Our Team as a part time / per diem Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

    • RN / LPN Responsibilities :

  • Client Care : Follow physician orders and address client needs with precision and compassion.
  • Effective Communication : Regularly update the Clinical Manager and office on client conditions, issues, or additional needs.
  • Coordination with Physicians : Liaise with physicians' offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies.
  • Clinical Record Maintenance : Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations

    • RN / LPN Requirements :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure : Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
  • Certification : Valid CPR certification
  • Autonomy : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Empathy : Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
  • Communication Skills : Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Professionalism : Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
  • Confidentiality : Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
