We are seeking a Vice President of Industrial Security to serve as a strategic driver of growth, innovation, and industry leadership across ISI and its clients.
The VP will represent ISI publicly, engage with senior government and industry stakeholders, and lead enterprise-level partnerships that expand ISI’s footprint within the defense and federal security ecosystem.
Position Overview The VP of Industrial Security will serve as both a public-facing ambassador and a strategic business leader for ISI.
This position blends traditional industrial security leadership with business development, partnership creation, and enterprise client strategy .
The ideal candidate brings deep federal security expertise, strong government and industry relationships, and the ability to translate those into scalable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Federal & Industry Leadership Serve as ISI’s primary point of contact with federal stakeholders, including DCSA, DoD, and other agencies.
Identify and translate government and industry pain points into actionable opportunities for ISI solutions.
Spearhead the adoption of ISI products across government departments and agencies.
Represent ISI in federal and industry forums, contributing to policy discussions and thought leadership initiatives. 2.
Enterprise Client Strategy & Delivery Establish and lead ISI’s new Enterprise Division , serving the company’s largest and most strategic clients—including those engaged with DARPA, IARPA, and similar agencies.
Develop and launch a Partner Service Model for this division, focused on white-glove service, innovation, and proactive compliance support.
Collaborate with the product and managed services teams to align offerings with enterprise client needs . 3.
Strategic Growth Enablement Partner with the Executive Team to develop new business lines that meet evolving DoD and IC security requirements.
Support federal capture and proposal activities , offering expertise to win large-scale contracts and partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance ISI’s industry visibility through public speaking, media engagements, and strategic content.
Ensure ISI’s internal security program remains a model of compliance excellence , enabling credibility and trust with external stakeholders.
